DesignCraft Terms and Conditions
  1. By accepting these terms the participant agrees to pay the Course fees (including GST) for the Course using the payment method selected on the registration form.

  2. The participant accepts that he/she is required to pay the full amount of the Course fees even if he/she does not complete the Course.

  3. If the participant is under 18, the parent/guardian is responsible for the payment of the Course Fees.

  4. The duration of the Course is stated on the course page when registering.

  5. Course commencement is the date shown when registering for the course.

  6. Participants are unable to begin the course until course fees have been paid in full.

 

Course Registration
  1. Course registration is complete when the participant has been issued a username and password from Elite Education for Minecraft Education.

  2. Course fees are non-transferable to other students.

 

Course Materials, Access and Assessment
  1. Course Materials are supplied in an online environment, unless otherwise stated in the course description, and are available for viewing online and may not be downloaded or printed, unless otherwise specified.

  2. The content of the online Course Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of ELITE EDUCATION CONSULTANCY PTY LTD. You may not reproduce any part of the online Course Materials without the prior written consent of ELITE EDUCATION CONSULTANCY PTY LTD;

  3. Course materials, course content and assessment are subject to change;

  4. Course content is provided online via our chosen video call service, links will be sent to students prior to class. In the event that our video call service becomes unavailable, classes may be postponed;

  5. Any DesignCraft student assessments are for internal purposes only and do not appear on Completion Certificates and/or online. Course completion records, where applicable, are for internal purposes only and not an official transcript from ELITE EDUCATION CONSULTANCY PTY LTD.

 

Course Withdrawal and Refunds

ELITE EDUCATION CONSULTANCY PTY LTD complies with Australian Consumer Law in regard to refunds. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the course that you chose to enrol into. However, while course fees are non-refundable, students may have extenuating circumstances that prevent them from undertaking their course. Where evidence can be successfully provided to support the student’s circumstances, course fees may be refunded or partially refunded as per the following:

  • A full refund is permitted if the enrolment is cancelled 72 hours prior to the first class commencement time and if access to account log in has not been provided yet.

  • No refund will be provided after the course commencement time.

  • No refund will be provided to students who have technical issues trying to access the class or Minecraft Education world.

  • Classes cancelled by Elite Education due to unforeseen circumstances will be refunded or postponed if a suitable time can be arranged.

 

Course Transfer Application

If you wish to transfer into another course time, please contact us to find out which course times are available to do so by emailing info@eliteeducation.com.au

 

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

We will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.
We will only disclose information that we have about you:

  1. to the extent specifically required by law; or

  2. for the purposes of this agreement (including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim)

  3. information provided by you is considered confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, nor will it be sold.

Upon registration into the course, we may use the content from your emails in our marketing materials and on our website testimonials page, as well as send you a monthly newsletter. Your identity will never be revealed, however we may use student’s work and voices in marketing materials. Please be assured that we respect your privacy and only comments related to course outcomes and student experiences will be mentioned. If parents do not agree, or what like to discuss any of these items please email info@eliteeducation.com.au

Student Obligations

Students with Elite Education are required to:

  1. Ensure that all the information provided to Elite Education is accurate;

  2. Notify Elite Education of any contact changes (email, telephone, etc.);

  3. Advise Elite Education of any difficulties or problems they may experience with Elite Education staff, procedures or training;

  4. Achieve satisfactory progress with their learning through participation and completion of tasks.

  5. Use respectful behaviour toward Elite Education staff and other students in the course. Students who make the learning experience difficult for teachers or other students will be given a warning, notifying the parents, and if the behaviour continues will be removed from the course with no refund. Elite Education reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes disrespectful behaviour.
